Proposal summary: Keeping Fund 9 promise, the Cardano TikTok channel gained 100k+ followers/interactions since the launch. We now convert key Cardano content into TikTok videos available in Vietnamese and Japanese

4. [C2VN] Accelerate Atala PRISM learning and adoption in Universities #
Proposal summary: Boosting awareness and engagement in Atala PRISM adoption for students and lecturers is crucial as they are key stakeholders in shaping the right use cases in the future. We will work with universities in our network to deliver the Atala Prism V2 course in the local language. as mainstream subject, support students to write their apps using Atala Prism.

Proposal summary: Security monitoring is extremely difficult and laborious to get right. SPOUSE is an open source self hosted, comunity driven, tool that provides an easy entrypoint to SPOs into the world of security perimeter monitoring.

Proposal summary: Establish a value-for-money, hands-on, flexible online learning platform so that developers and freelancers can quickly gain knowledge and apply it to their relevant job requirements.

Proposal summary: Creation of a DAO for Cardano Content Creation much like Project Catalyst but where the community decides which content should be created. Gives voice to the community about what content is necessary for education and adoption and gives some well-needed financial support to content creators. Should be an impartial place for learning and discussing different ideas about Cardano

Proposal summary: Stackles is a tool that can help DAOs manage their files and links in a simplified interface and plugin with token-gating feature. It manages access control using web3 primitives like NFTs, other tokens, POAPs etc. It is designed to simplify the process of accessing important information, onboarding and collaboration within Cardano DAOs and communities. You can call this a Linktree for Web3 DAOs and Communities.
